What each base oil is and what it does:
 
Avocado Oil: One powerful beard food! Avocado is high in amino acids and proteins, which work towards reducing inflammation, nourishing the hair and scalp, and reducing dryness and the associated itch. Avocados also restore the natural pH levels in the skin too, which is great for healing and restoring moisture and balance. A healthy beard starts with healthy skin, as it is the core foundation of an unreal beard.

Apricot Kernel Oil: keeps hair roots and strands well nourished and moisturized. Massaging your beard with apricot oil stimulates the follicles and improves hair growth, as it contains high levels of B17 and is packed with fatty acids, vitamins A, C, and E, and antioxidants to keep your skin and hair looking young. And since we combined it with Rice Bran Oil, you get a shine that is not overstated but definitely a head-turner. The moisturization properties are also excellent for those with skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema.  Keep that beard-druff away!

Grapeseed Oil: chosen for its slightly stringent properties, it is a light oil that does not aggravate acne-prone skin. It also combines well with Rice Bran Oil to cut the "oiliness" so you are left with a silky beard that is irresistible to the touch!

Argan Oil: Every good beard oil contains Argan as it is able to penetrate the hair and repair damaged follicles. It is known to be a good skin moisturizer, adds shine to hair, and is not greasy.

Hemp Seed Oil: The one oil that penetrates into the skin and hair easily and is an excellent source of Omega 6 which is also known as GLA (Gamma linolenic acid), a vital ingredient for hair growth. In addition to stimulating hair growth, it nourishes hair, assisting in keratin production which gives a thicker, stronger, and healthier beard. 

Sunflower Oil: very rich in omega, fatty acids, vitamin E, C, B, A, calcium, potassium, and iron, Sunflower Oil contains many beneficial nutrients for the beard. It also helps to fight against hair loss, prevents hair breakage, and keeps hair soft and nurished.

Castor Oil: Oh, how we love Castor for the beard... a definite must-have in any beard product. The deepest penetrating of all oils, Castor effectively provides repair, shine, growth and hydration and effectively pulls the other oils deep into the hair shaft and skin to do their work Castor Oil is rich in Vitamin E that promotes the intake of important nutrients at the hairline. When the oil comes into contact with the hair bulb, it strengthens the hair and allows faster growth of facial hair.  Not only castor oil helps improve the "look" of the beard by making it silkier and softer, but it offers more volume. 

Rice Bran Oil: in addition to also stimulating hair growth, Rice Bran absorbs well without leaving a heavy, oil residue, and it provides outstanding shine. It also helps to keep the skin soft and smooth.
