Refunds: Due to the nature of our product, we cannot give refunds. Sorry!  With the exception of essential oils, we list all ingredients of our products online and on the products themselves so consumers can determine if there is an ingredient that may cause an allergic reaction. If you have an allergy to a particular essential oil, please contact us for a list of products containing that specific ingredient. Please read labels carefully before purchasing.

Returns/Exchanges: We will happily exchange product that is damaged in shipping or faulty. Please contact us first to get a Return Authorization Number and postal address for shipping. All exchanges must be returned within a week of receiving the item and will require a picture of the damage so we can report it to the shipper for a refund.
