Returns:   PRO TIP: To avoid having to return product we ask that you read descriptions and ingredients thoroughly, and contact us with any questions. We are always happy to help you select the best product to fit your needs!

Soaplicity is committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction. To maintain these high standards, we have a strict policy of not accepting returns of opened, or used product.

We do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • We accept only unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase to maintain our commitment to only stock fresh product.
  • If the return is over $100, a 15% restock fee will be subtracted from the total returned.
  • Refunds are given by store Gift Card ONLY. Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.


  • Damaged or Faulty Product - We will happily exchange product that is damaged in shipping or faulty. Please contact us by phone or email to get a Return Authorization Number and postal address for shipping. All damaged/faulty exchanges must be returned within one week of receiving the item(s) and will require a picture of the damage so we can report it to the shipper for a refund.
  • Like Kind Exchanges - Prefer a different scent? No problem. Like kind exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Products MUST BE UNOPENED & UNUSED. Any return shipping and re-shipping fees for like kind exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


  • Sale Difference Refunds: We will give a sale difference refund in the form of a store gift card if you purchased product that then goes on sale within 2 business days of your purchase. Holiday & Seasonal Items do not qualify for a refund as sales of these products are time sensitive. Contact us via phone or email to initiate the refund.
