It's true. Bubbles make everything better, and we have a way to deliver that happiness right to your door. Get as many all-natural bath & body products you want and at a fraction of the cost!

Step 1:  Simply choose how often you want to get your Soaplicity Bubble Box.  Chose between monthly (1), every other month (2), or quarterly (3)!

PLEASE NOTE: Please make two separate purchases if you want other products in addition to the subscription box. Adding other products to the subscription order can sometimes invalidate any coupon codes.

Step 2: Add to cart and check out making sure to double-check the shipping address is correct.

Step 3: Pay with a credit card.  PLEASE NOTE:  When purchasing a subscription, you cannot checkout through GooglePay, AmazonPay, PayPal, or ApplePay. You MUST use your direct credit card number otherwise it will not set up properly. This has to do with the way the subscription app is coded for user protection.

    For only $24.95/month, plus shipping, you will get 1-2 of our full-sized all-natural bath & body products, plus 4-5 generous sample sizes in a cute little box made just for you - a value of $40 or more each month!  Make sure you sign up for our loyalty program because you will get your Rewards Points for every box you get, and those points add up fast.

    When Will I Get My First Box? 

    Your first Bubble Box ships immediately upon purchase in the month that you have initiated the subscription unless you purchase on the 28th of the month or after, then you will receive your first box on the 1st Friday of the next month (you will receive an email reminder). All future boxes will be charged on the 28th of the month of the increment you selected for the next month's box and will ship or be ready for pick up on the 1st Friday of the next month.  (Example:  If you enroll on July 15 for a monthly box, you will be charged immediately and receive the July box and you will be charged on July 28th for August's Bubble Box which will be shipped or ready for pick up on the 1st Friday of August.)  If you are ordering at 2 or 3-month increments you will receive the box for the month in which you initiated your order and then skip the number of months selected before being charged on the 28th for the following month's box. 

    How Do I Manage, Pause, or Cancel My Subscription?

    You can change, manage, cancel or restart your subscription at any time - and it is easy! Simply go to the Manage Subscriptions link at the top of the page.  Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions at support@mysoaplicity.com

    Shipping & Delivery

    Do You Offer Free Shipping?

    Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all retail orders of $65 or more. This is subject to change as carriers change their rates.

    What Shipping Option Should I Choose?

    We offer several carriers because their services aren’t created equal in all locations. Please choose the carrier service that is going to get your order to you!

    If You Select FREE SHIPPING, we will automatically choose the cheapest shipping option which is usually USPS. If you do not get good service from USPS to your location, PLEASE TELL US in the note section when you order. This will help reduce the likelihood of lost packages.

    If Your Order Contains Essential Oil Singles/Blends, you MUST CHOOSE GROUND SHIPPING if you live outside of the state of Utah due to Federal Regulations. We cannot ship essential oils or blends to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. If you do not choose ground shipping, then you will be reimbursed for the essential oils and the rest of your order will ship as selected.

    When Will My Order Ship?

    We ship Monday–Friday with a cutoff time of 3:30pm MST. Orders ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment, however we strive to get orders out same day (we think we are Amazon or something). During the Christmas Holiday season we will ship within 3 business days.

    Exceptions to this are:

    • Back Orders – This rarely happens but some products may be ordered when they are out of stock. Please note that we will contact you regarding how you wish to proceed with your order (ie – refund, substitution, or ship rest of order as normal with backordered product shipping when ready at no extra charge).
    • Custom or bulk orders (ex: weddings, corporate gifts, private label) as additional formulation and/or curing time may be required
    • Wholesale orders – We usually fill wholesale orders within 2 business days but some products may be ordered in quantities that we do not have already made.

    For the latter two reasons, contact will be made with the buyer and an agreed upon finish & ship dates will be determined. Please plan such orders in advance. 

    Can I Pick My Order Up?


    You bet! If your delivery address is in the state of Utah, you may select Free Local Pickup at our store. Simply make the appropriate shipping selection at checkout and we will text you when your order is ready (please remember to give us your phone number). We will send out weekly reminders to you, but orders not picked up within 1 month will be restocked.

    Do You Ship Internationally? 

    We do! International orders ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment except for the same reasons as listed above under Domestic Shipping. You can choose between the international shipping options we offer for best pricing. Buyers are responsible for any and all additional duties/fees charged for imports so please familiarize yourself with your country's importing regulations and fees before placing an order. Shipping time will vary by country policy, but it generally takes 2-3 weeks for packages to arrive.  Please be patient. We cannot control how quickly your country’s customs department processes packages!

    Where's My Package?

    If you have not received your shipment in the time frame you expected and cannot locate it via the shipping link provided to you by email, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help!

    SHIPPING MATERIALS: We believe it is important to recycle when possible so we always reuse shipping peanuts and bubble wrap. These practices not only reduce our carbon footprint, but they keep costs down for our customers, too!

    IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: If your order contains any of our pure essential oil blends, Rogue T2 Hand Spray, or Rogue T2 Countertop spray your order can only ship via UPS Ground shipping (customers in Utah can also choose in-store pick-up or local delivery). Federal guidelines prohibit air delivery of undiluted essential oils or products containing alcohol due to the oils' flashpoints causing possible combustion. Our Essential Oils, hand sprays, and countertop cleaners can only be ground shipped to the continental US, lower 48.
